Spana or Electric Spinner is a badnik which first appears in Sonic Adventure with a visual like normal Spinner that totally changes in Sonic Unleashed.
In Sonic Adventure they are called Spana and its appearance is same as its normal counterpart, but Spana has an electrified shield that protects you from Homing Attacks.
In Sonic Unleashed completely change your look, its color turns violet to turquoise, his ears look more like a bat and eyes turn yellow, but continues with his electric shield that protects this time your entire body.
In Sonic Colors, there are multiple new types of Spinners:
Sliver/Plated Spinners cannot be destroyed.
Prism Spinners disappear and reappear.
Electro Spinners strictly cause electric shocks.
In Sonic Colors they seem a fusion of the models of Sonic Adventure and Sonic Unleashed. His head and his wings look much like the Sonic Unleashed, while your body looks a lot like the Sonic Adventure.
In Sonic Generations him back in Speed Highway and Rooftop Run like himself, also appears in Seaside Hill replacing the Flappers of original Seaside Hill. Here they have the same appearance of Sonic Colors.
