The Little Fighter is a Badnik featured in Sonic Unleashed, but only in the 360/PS3 version of the game.

Overview
They are basically the dismembered hands of the Egg Fighter, but programmed by Dr. Eggman to have an autonomous AI, which enables them to fight on even if the main body fails. They can't do very much, as they have very simple attack patterns that consist solely of jumping around and landing basic strikes on the player.
Despite being numerous, they are only encountered in the nighttime Windmill Isle Act 2 and the final nighttime section of Eggmanland. Additionally, Eggman has stationed some Little Fighters to pilot the Egg Devil Ray and the Egg Lancer in the 360/PS3 version.
