The Sweep (ボアボア), also known as their model number E-03 Sweep, is a badnik that appears in Sonic Adventure and part of the E-Series.
It's a spider-like badnik which is able to walk on water and attacks by ramming its needle noses at its enemies. It appears in Emerald Coast and Twinkle Park for Sonic.
Sweep also appears as an unused badnik in Sonic Mania, and can be found in the debug mode object list for Chemical Plant Zone. This version of the badnik is significantly smaller than its original appearence, and functions similar to Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Amenbo badnik. When placed, its vertical position snaps to the water's surface, and it skates back and forth occasionally firing a spiked projectile from its nose.
