Poh-Bee

Poh-Bee (ポービー / Pōbī) is a badnik featured in Sonic CD. It is based on the bee.

Poh-Bee come in two varieties: The first, found in Wacky Workbench Zone shoots at Sonic, much like the Buzz Bombers featured in other games. The other one, found in Metallic Madness Zone that is pictured to the right, swings two spiked maces. When broken down due to age, these badniks fly slower and cannot shoot, or in the case of the second variety, only carry a single mace.

PC Manual Description

There are two kinds of Robot Bees. One flies through the air swinging its spiked hammer attached to its chain tail, while the other shoots fireballs.
