Witchcart[1] (ウィチカートMedia:TailsSkypatrol GG JP manual.pdf[2]) is a character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and one of the antagonists of the Sega Game Gear game Tails' Skypatrol, serving as the leader and final boss. She is an elderly witch who rides in a minecart, hence her name, meaning she cannot go anywhere if she is not on a rail.

History
In Tails' Skypatrol, Tails finds her on an island one day. She announces, according to the manual, to no-one in particular, that she is claiming the entire island for herself, and then threatens to turn any dissenters into a crystal. To enforce her rule, Witchcart sends out her minions Hocke-Wulf, Bearenger, and Carrotia, as well as some other minor Badniks, to guard different sections of the island while she retreats to her base at Dark Castle Area. Tails would eventually defeat all of her minions and defeat her.
