Heal Rings are Ring-type items found in the X-Box/PS3 versions of Sonic Unleashed. They look like big rings with rotating green crystals in their center.

Overview

They can be found scattered across the Night Acts, and the player has to hit and destroy things in order to find them. Collecting one will fill the Werehog's entire health bar.
