Carrotia[1] (キャロッティア[2]), also spelled Carrottia[3], is a character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and one of the antagonists of the Sega Game Gear game Tails' Skypatrol, serving as one of Witchcart's minions. She is a cartoon rabbit who rides around a flying carrot and seems to be either flirtatious and/or self obsessed. Her buck-tooth adds to the somewhat goofy "western-drawn" stereotype appearance of the previous bosses.

History
In Tails' Skypatrol, Hocke-Wulf is presumably one of Witchcart's higher-ranking minions. She, along with her fellow comrades Hocke-Wulf and Bearenger, take part in Witchcart's raid against the random island by securing certain parts of the island. She was given control of the Metal Island Area and inhabits the skies above the island, where she fought Tails and was defeated, being carried off to parts unknown.
