Spring Beetle, スプリングビートル, is a GUN robot that appears in several running stages of Sonic Adventure 2. It's a regular Mono Beetle with a spring on top, which allows reaching higher places than simply bouncing of them. Its characteristic movement is standing still or moving vertically in a set distance. The known only way to defeat it is via Ancient Light. It awards 100 points when destroyed.
