Anton (アントン)[1] is a Badnik featured in Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Palmtree Panic and Sonic Lost World's Desert Ruins Zone 3. It is based on terrestrial ants.
This little guy simply rolls back and forth along the ground, never going down platforms. They are easily avoided and destroyed in Sonic CD, but in Sonic Lost World they must be kicked, as they'll catch Sonic if he uses the Homing Attack on them. When broken down due to age, these Badniks have a sad expression and move considerably slower.
