Tonbo (トンボ) is a badnik in Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Tidal Tempest. It is not documented in any instruction manual, and is referred as "tonbo" (the Japanese word for dragonfly) in the game's source code. It behaves like a helicopter that flies in a zig-zag back and forth over a short distance, making no effort to attack.
