CluckoidMedia:S&K MD US SonicJam manual.pdf, called Kekko (ケッコー) in the Japanese manualMedia:S&K MD JP SonicJam manual.pdf, is a rooster Badnik from Sonic & Knuckles found in Mushroom Hill Zone. They are found standing in wind vanes and, when approached, they inhale deeply, then release a gust of wind, usually blowing the player into obstacles. "Kekko" is Japanese for cluck.

Cluckoids also appear in the Wii U/PC version of Sonic Lost World where they can be found in Tropical Coast Zone 2 and Frozen Factory Zone 2. These Badniks are placed on narrow routes or floating islands and will try to blow Sonic off the routes. They can be dispatched with Homing Attacks, or by rolling into them with giant fruits or the snowball.

A single Cluckoid also appears as the weather reporter when fighting the Weather Mobile in Sonic Mania, forecasting the boss's next attack.
