Carry is a hovering badnik which bobs across the width of the screen. While the sphere it carries might look like a weapon, these robots never try to drop their cargo on the Chaotix.
This badnik makes a return in Sonic Mania, appearing in Press Garden Zone Act 2. This time, it'll drop its sphere on the player, freezing them if it hits. If it misses, it creates a large impassible pillar of ice to block the player for a few seconds.
