Flasher mk.II is a Badnik featured in Titanic Monarch Zone from Sonic Mania.

Overview

This Badnik is an upgraded model of the Flasher Badnik from Sonic the Hedgehog 2. No longer floating in the air, these models are outfitted with two spring-like legs that they use to walk back and forth on floors, walls and ceilings by rotating their bodies. If the player approaches them, they will stop moving and charge up electrical energy in their lightbulbs, then flash for a few seconds, causing damage to the player if they try to attack them. This attack is ineffective if the player has a Lightning Shield, however.
