The Death Egg Robot is the seventh and final boss in Sonic Forces. This is a three-phase boss battle that is fought with all three non-DLC characters, though it is listed on the World Map as a Classic Sonic stage.

After destroying the power source for the Phantom Ruby in Final Judgement, it seemed that the Resistance had won, but it turned out to be a decoy set up by Dr. Eggman, and the original Phantom Ruby has been incorporated into his trump card. With the Eggman Army on the rise thanks to the Ruby, it is up to Sonic, his Classic self and the Avatar to stop him once and for all.

Defeat strategy

First phase

Classic Sonic faces this one.Listen, this is simpler than it seems.All you have to do is bounce the balls back on him by Spin Attacking when they come at you.If you fail, they'll brake the ground.Stand on the highest ground then Spin Attack to dodge the laser.The balls which touch him deal a hit.5 should do the job.After 2 hits he'll throw another row of balls at you.The ground goes straight to the edge then comes back to the other one.There are 3 groups of rings in a 3x3 square one at the left edge, one at the middle and one at the right edge.
