Road Rock is the first stage of the 2-player Quick Race mini-game in Sonic Heroes. Like with the other dedicated stages, players race to reach the Goal Ring in the center of the stage.
Overview
The entirety of this stage is set within the ancient ruins of Ocean Palace, and is essentially a straight road to the Goal Ring that is littered with giant stone blocks to break, as such it is highly recommended to have the Power Type character lead the team in order to break through. There are no enemies to face, with the only harmful obstacles consisting of a static spike ball, a crushing weight and a swinging set of spike balls just before a Speed Booster leading straight into the Goal Ring.
In all, this is the simplest of the Quick Race stages, with only six Rings provided for each team for a maximum of twelve.
