Turbo Turtle[1][2] is a Badnik featured in Titanic Monarch Zone from Sonic Mania.
Overview
These turtle-like Badniks waddle side by side, lugging oversized fans on their backs. If the player gets close, they will aim their fans at them and push them away with non-damaging gusts of wind, horizontally or vertically. The strong winds make it difficult for the player to come close enough to them and destroy them. They may stop using their fans to waddle around for a bit before continuing to repel the player, and may also change the angle of their fans.
