This page lists all the texture files in the game.

Texture Packs

Each of these files contains multiple textures inside a PVM archive. Many tools exist to edit them, such as PVMEdit.
In the Dreamcast version, these are located in the SONICADV folder on the disc, and are compressed inside PRS archives.
In the GameCube version, these are located in the root of the disc, and are GVM files, which can only be edited by Puyo Tools.
In the PC version, these are located in the system folder in the installation directory.
