The Mole Cannon is a gun turret-like Badnik that appears in the daytime stages of Sonic Unleashed.

Overview

Mole Cannons pop out of the ground, firing at Sonic. They will duck back underground, becoming invincible, when approached. In the Wii and PlayStation 2 versions, the player can destroy them using normal attacks, provided they're moving fast enough, but, in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions, they can only destroy them by launching other enemies into them with a Homing Attack, or by using the Stomp technique on top of them.
