The Egg Fighter: Sword is a Badnik featured in the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed, as well as the HD version of Sonic Generations.

Overview

These are sword-wielding variants of the Egg Fighters, who attack by swinging their massive swords at Sonic, giving them longer reach and attack power than vanilla models. If Sonic hits their sword while trying to attack them, he will take damage. In nighttime stages, they have an additional attack in which they stand on their head while spinning around with their sword vertically.
