The Egg Shooter is a Badnik featured in the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed.

Overview
This robot is similar in design to other Egg Fighters, but is a different color - slate-grey rather than purple-blue. The Egg Shooter attacks by shooting bullets akin to a Gatling Gun style for a few seconds, as its sole method of attack. During daytime stages, the player can easily move around them to avoid their fire, while in nighttime stages the player can easily guard against their shots without losing too much of their shield.
These robots usually appear in larger groups with other types of enemies, but there is rarely more than one of them in each location. In rare instances, there can be a pair or group of them found in Rooftop Run and Eggmanland.
