Complete Trinity Sonic Heroes - Original Soundtrax is a double album for the soundtrack to the multi-platform game of the same name. Just like the commercial recordings for Sonic's previous two 3D outings, a majority of the vocal tracks are omitted, having been previously released on Triple Threat Sonic Heroes Vocal Trax. Though not as lavish in terms of packaging, the release also saw a booklet with linear notes detailing who did what on each song, along with brief commentary by Jun Senoue on the project as a whole.

• Just like Sonic Adventure 2, the soundtrack to Sonic Heroes would also see a release in the United States, albeit in a single-disc "best-of" format. Combining the main level themes with the entirety of Vocal Trax, Sonic Heroes Official Soundtrack wouldn't be available until November of 2004, months after the Japanese release. The same track listing would be used for the Sonic Heroes Original Soundtrack 20th Anniversary Edition released in 2011.
