The Spin Slash (スピンスラッシュ) is a move performed by Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic Frontiers. It is an offensive move for use in combat.
Overview
The Spin Slash can be unlocked in the game's Skill menu for 40 Skill Points after unlocking the Homing Shot. When unlocked, the player can then press 
(PS4/PS5)/
(XB1)/
(Switch) during a combo when fighting an enemy to make Sonic curl into a ball and launch himself toward an enemy, then follow up by rapidly spinning around the enemy to deal an additional 18 hits before uncurling and landing in the center of the disappearing shockwave. Any additional enemies caught within the shockwave during the attack will also take damage.
It is also possible for the player to activate this move by approaching an enemy and inputting the command for the Drop Dash.
