Kronos Island is the first island in Sonic Frontiers, and one of the Starfall Islands.

Overview

Kronos Island is a verdant island filled with vast fields of grass and lush forests growing across mountainous terrain with large waterfalls. As with the other islands that make up the Starfall Islands, this island also features the ancient ruins of a past civilization, including towers that float in the air.

This island contains 25 Challenges, 7 Cyber Space Portals and the Western Fishing Spot.

Enemies

	Banger — Rolls about, rushing against Sonic.
	Bubble — A robot protected by a cluster of white spheres.
	Cyclone — Hovering robots with barriers.
	Shell — Robots that shield themselves when provoked.
	Soldier — Common humanoid robots.

Guardians

	Asura — Attacks by slamming its arms.
	Ninja — Engages Sonic with its arm blades.
	Squid — Flies around, creating a path of light in its wake.
	Tower — A tall robot composed of multiple segments.

Name origin

Kronos Island is named after Kronos, the youngest of the Titans in Greek mythology. He overthrew his father Uranus and ruled over Ancient Greece, until he was overthrown by his son Zeus and imprisoned in Tartarus forever.
