The Sonic Advance 3 demo is a demo of the Game Boy Advance game, Sonic Advance 3. It was playable at kiosks exclusively in Japan.
Gameplay
The demo allows the player to play any of the first four Zones of the game, and all characters are immediately available from the beginning. Clearing the Boss Act of Toy Kingdom will not advance the player to Twinkle Snow, but will instead redirect them back to Route 99. An invisible time limit is imposed on gameplay - when time is up, gameplay is halted with a message, then the game resets.
Only the main game in single-player mode is available - all other menu choices are inaccessible. This also prevents the user from changing the language, thus the demo is only playable in Japanese.
