Sonic Gems Collection is a compilation of more obscure Sonic games. The compilation is a Nintendo Gamecube exclusive in the United States, but has also been released on Sony PlayStation 2 in Europe and Japan. It is currently selling for $29.99 in the United States.

- Sonic the Hedgehog CD (Sega CD, port of PC version): The US/European version has the US soundtrack for Sonic CD, whilst the Japanese version has the Japanese/Europe soundtracks.
- Sonic the Fighters (Arcade, ported by Sega AM2)
- Sonic R (Sega Saturn, port of PC version): Due to the limited amount of controller slots on the PS2, Sonic R's multiplayer mode was reduced to two players from the possible four on the PC version. The GCN version preserves the four player capability from the PC version.
The collection also includes the six Game Gear games that were not included in Sonic Mega Collection Plus:
