Sonic the Hedgehog: Fang the Hunter is the fifth spin-off mini-series based on the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series by IDW Publishing, and the first to be set within the Classic Era. Taking place between the events of Sonic the Fighters and Sonic Superstars[1], this mini-series focuses on Fang the Hunter and his cohorts Bark the Polar Bear and Bean the Dynamite as they search for a rumoured eighth Chaos Emerald.
