The Frozen Base Zone bosses are two bosses faced at the end of Frozen Base Zone Act 2.
Like the rest of the stage, they are inspired by the 1986 arcade game Fantasy Zone, specifically Stunpalon (from the first stage, Plaleaf) and Volanda (from the second stage, Tabas). The player(s) must battle the two bosses in succession, and both behave similarly to their Fantasy Zone counterparts. Like the main part of the level, the ring mechanics mean that unlike Fantasy Zone, getting hit does not lead to instant death.
