Ringleader[1], known as Uniformer (ユニフォーマ) in Japan, is an enemy Badnik encountered in Chaotix.
Overview
This Badnik is found exclusively in Techno Tower. Some sort of hovering robot toy soldier, the Ringleader can detach its rotating heli-legs and send them looping through the air like a boomerang.
