Tails' Skypatrol is a Sonic spin-off for the Sega Game Gear where the players assume command of Miles "Tails" Prower in a permanent flying state, who joins a "Sky Patrol" in hope of defeating the evil villianess Witchcart.

Tails Skypatrol also appeared in Sonic Adventure DX: Directors Cut, Sonic Mega Collection Plus, and Sonic Gems Collection. It recieved a limited US release.
