Desert Palace Zone is one of the competition levels in Sonic the Hedgehog 3. It is very similar to Sandopolis Zone in Sonic & Knuckles, with a large loop, a quicksand pit, and a collapsible sand bridge. It's not too hard to navigate and can be finished by just holding right and jumping occasionally.
