- In Japan, a bonus music CD was available to those who pre-ordered Sonic Generations, each a different track list depending on if one had reserved either the HD or the Nintendo 3DS version. These two albums, History of the 1st Stage Original Soundtrack Blue Edition and White Edition, each contained one half of what was found on the 20 Years of Sonic Music compilation.
- The liner notes erroneously calls the first level of Sonic Rush Adventure "Planet Kingdom," the correct spelling being "Plant Kingdom."
