Rock 'n' Sonic The Hedgehog: Sessions! (ロックンソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ セッションズ!) is an album containing remixes of songs from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It was released as a CD in Japan, and made available on digital music platforms worldwide.

Most of the remixes in this album were previously uploaded to the Sonic the Hedgehog social media channels. The exceptions are "Live & Learn - Acoustic Version", which was released a day after the album's release, and "Beyond The Speed Of... Remix", which was previously used in Sonic Racing.
