Death Egg Zone exists as an empty shell of a level in the Simon Wai prototype. Its music exists in the ROM (and is played when the player collects 100 rings), but is not heard in the stage itself.

There's nothing to see here in this prototype. Much like Genocide City Zone, our heroes simply fall to their deaths.
