Sonic Jam uses localised artwork for its "game select" screen (although there aren't any PAL manuals to view).

For the individual games, the Japanese version of Sonic Jam treats them as if they're running on a Japanese Mega Drive, for example, dropping the ™ symbols or replacing "Tails" with "Miles".
