The Wild Rush (サンダーラッシュ) is a move performed by Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic Frontiers. It is an offensive move for use in combat.

During development, the move was known as the Wild Crash[1].

Overview

The Wild Rush can be unlocked in the game's Skill menu for 10 Skill Points after unlocking the Sonic Boom. When unlocked, the player can then press either L1+Square (PS4/PS5)/Left Bumper+X (XB1)/L+Y (Switch) or R1+Square (PS4/PS5)/Right Bumper+X (XB1)/R+Y (Switch) when fighting an enemy to make Sonic back away, then rush towards the enemy in a zig-zag motion like a bolt of lightning and land a single strike, knocking them back. Super Sonic can also use this move when fighting a Titan.

Quotes

A high-speed, zigzagging attack.
