Fright Master
From Sonic Retro
Fright Master is one of Dark Gaia's minions appearing in Sonic Unleashed.
They are similar to the Lightning Master in terms of appearance, but the hat is colored with a light purplish tint, they also have the ability to summon an endless supply of frights.
