Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Arcade is an arcade version of Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, released in 2011 (a year after its home counterparts).

Gameplay

All-Stars Racing Arcade is a stripped-down version of the game, with all content removed save for a simplified grand prix, single race and time trial modes. Unlike the home versions, gameplay is time limited, similar to previous Sega racing games. Only thirteen characters and thirteen tracks are included, and there are a number of minor graphical changes.

The Samba de Amigo-inspired track, Sunshine Tour has had its music replaced, presumably due to licensing issues. Whereas the console games use the 1997 Bellini song "Samba de Janeiro", All-Stars Racing Arcade uses a unique song presumably created for this version of the game.

Despite the very real prospect of the game standing next to a The House of the Dead cabinet, the game continues to refer to the series as "Curien Mansion", presumably as a form of censorship.
