Sky Road is the second standard level of Sonic Runners, which would start appearing after reaching Episode 10 of Story Mode.
Overview
Based on the level of the same name from Sonic Lost World, Sky Road is set in the sky with mountains poking out of the sea of clouds in the background; the level's main aesthetics coming from Silent Forest Zone 2. While all characters could play on this stage, it was a Fly Type stage, and contained obstacles suitable for Fly Type characters such as Tails.
Events
Puyo Puyo!! Quest Collaboration Event
From June 10th to June 17th, 2015, a special crossover event with Puyo Puyo!! Quest took place on a special version of Sky Road. During this event, Puyos rained from the sky, and players competed to collect as many Puyo Coins as possible to climb the rankings, with large Puyo Coins being worth 10 Coins.
During this event, Amitie-Style Amy was added to the Premium Roulette as a new playable character, along with the additions of Purple Papurisu, Suketoudara and Carbuncle as equippable Buddies. These would all return to the Premium Roulette from February 15th to February 22nd, 2016, but with Purple Papurisu becoming a Daily Reward.
