Game: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (8-bit)
A Game-game in-game in Sky High Zone

Game-game (ガメガメ) is a variety of Badnik created by Dr. Eggman, encountered by Sonic in Sky High Zone and Scrambled Egg Zone during Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (8-bit).

Flying turtle-bots, Game-games waddle around on the floor looking fairly harmless - until they suddenly start spinning frisbee-style, and take off into the air! Game-games fly quickly and can ram the rings out of into Sonic if he doesn't have his wits about him. Either on ground or in the air, Game-games can be dispatched easily with a spin attack.

Like other robots in 8-bit Sonic games, no animal friends pop out of Game-games when they are destroyed. Whether these badniks canonically don't contain organic batteries, or the escaping critters simply weren't shown due to programming limitations, is not known. Its name and the way it spins cleanly put it as a reference to Japanese monster movie star Gamera, a giant turtle who flies by spinning like an UFO.
