She is the 3rd boss of [[Tails' Sky Patrol]], and presumably, one of [[Witchcart]]'s higest ranking minions(possibly just below Wicthcart herself). She rides around in a flying Carrot, and resides in the [[Metal Island]] area. She seems to be either flirtatious and/or self obsessed. Her buck-tooth adds to the somewhat goofy "western" stereotype appearnece of the previous bosses. Carrotia, along with her fellow commrades [[Fockewolf]] and [[Bearenger]], take part in Witchcart's raid against the random island by securing certian parts of the island. After [[Tails]] breached [[Rail Canyon]] and [[Ruin Wood]], he battled Carrotia high in the skies above the island. Here, She used homing missles shaped like Carrots. She also blew kisses that could harm Tails.
