Beat Monster

The Beat Monster, also known as the TailgatorMedia:TeamSonicRacing Tailgator.png, is Vector the Crocodile's racing car in Team Sonic Racing. It was specially created by Dodon Pa to allow Vector to compete in his Grand Prix competition.

Personalised specifically for Vector, the Beat Monster sports a large front grille that resembles a crocodile's mouth and a pair of large speakers on its rear. The car is also decorated with various details that are similar to Vector's own appearance and attire, such as gold and three red spikes on the back.

Without any customizations, the Beat Monster has high boost and defense and middling top speed, but poor acceleration and handling. By altering its parts, the player can change the car's performance as well as its appearance.
