Witchcart is the main antagonist and final boss of Tail's Skypartol. She rides around in a Rail Cart, meaning she cannot go anywhere if she is not on a rail. Tails finds her on an island one day. She announces, according to the manual, to no-one in particular, that she is claiming the entire island for herself, and then threatens to turn any dissenters into crystal. To enforce her rule, Witchcart sends out her minions Fockewolf, Bearenger, and [[Carrotia], as well as some other minor badniks, to guard different sections of the island while she retreats to her base at Dark Castle. Eventually, Tails defeats her minions and finds her roaming the rails of her castle. In the battle with her, she throws magic sparks out like bouncy balls. In the end though, she was defeated and her Rail Cart was destroyed in the process. Tails then dragged her away to an unkown location.

Witchcart[1] (ウィチカートMedia:TailsSkypatrol GG JP manual.pdf[2]) is the fourth and final boss of Tails' Skypatrol, serving as the boss of Dark Castle Area.

Strategy

Eventually, Tails defeats her minions and finds her roaming the rails of her castle in her specialised minecart. In the battle with her, she throws spherical sparks out of her vehicle in an attempt to shoot down Tails, though they can be hit with the Ring for 100 points each. As she is in a Minecart, she is the only boss in the game who is not airborne like her minions. To defeat her, the player must repeatedly hit her with the Ring 20 times, or hook her with the Ring and toss her into the terrain four times.

When defeated, her Minecart is destroyed in the process, and Tails then drags her away to an unknown location.
