Zone 1
A different, broken palette is still used for the past version of Wacky Workbench.
Moments in and Sonic will encounter a flashing door - one which uses the wrong palette. It's wrong in all time zones.
While doors do exist in Wacky Workbench in the final game, they use completely different graphics. This particular door doesn't appear in the present time zone, but it appears in all the others.
The electric coils still have bits missing from the sides in the past and future versions of the Zone.
The coils are disabled in the good future, as is the case with the final game, except here they've stopped on a flashing palette rather than an "off" one. The same applies to the bad future, except there they should work.
The secret angel statue still doesn't dispense rings.
Eggman's statue still isn't here.
...or is it? The graphics for these bouncing platforms have been corrupted in the future zones, and it looks like Eggman's statue is to blame. It was fixed in the final game, but the layout was adusted too - in the future, no bouncing platforms exist in the first half of Zone 1.

Zone 2
A corrupted Robot transporter appears in the bad future. It shouldn't be there.
This object that takes Sonic around in a circle is missing in the good future.
The vertical spinners don't work in the past.
The icy flame things are also corrupted in the past. Thanks Metal Sonic!
