First level, Sonic Pocket Adventure |
Neo South Island Zone is the first level from Sonic Pocket Adventure. Referred to as just South Island deep inside the ROM[1], this level is recreation of a Sonic level with a layout consisting of parts of Emerald Hill Zone, Green Hill Zone, and Palmtree Panic Zone. All badniks are from Emerald Hill, the boss is a combination of the Aquatic Ruin Zone Boss' hammer and the car part on the Emerald Hill Zone Boss. The music is in the first act is from the "Sonic World" minigame in Sonic Jam. The music in the second act is from Angel Island Zone (act 1) in Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
