Along with the other levels from Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit), Green Hill appears as a racetrack in Sonic Drift for the Sega Game Gear. The course layout is different in each of the Green, Yellow, and Red Grands Prix. Sonic Drift's Green Hill is faithful to the original Green Hill Zone, with grassy fields and waterfalls in the background.
