Use romtable template

We're moving away from using "romsize=" in bob templates in favour of Template:Romtable. Romtable can list all the different versions (and prototypes) of a game, so is generally a better idea.

This is a list of pages which still use the romsize parameter - they might have already migrated, but there's still a bit of cleanup to do.
