The Spooky Supernatural cliché is not an especially common Sonic clichés, but easily recognised when employed. From haunted castles to misty graveyards; darkness, bones, and supernatural spooks are the order fo the day in these levels. Skull motifs, flickering flames, and hidden passageways can often be found if you search around - but don't stay for too long, or the ghosts might get you!
Prototypical appearence: Pumpkin Hill, Sonic Adventure 2
Also in:
- Labyrinth of the Castle, Sonic Labyrinth
- Dark Castle, Tails' Skypatrol
- Sandopolis Zone (Act 2), Sonic & Knuckles
- Hang Castle, Sonic Heroes
