Sonic 3D XMas is a fan-game created by Rlan in 2000 based on Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island. It only has one level, Diamond Dust Zone, and a secret. To get that secret, the player needs to collect all 50 Rings and kill all 14 robots. Sonic's movements aren't lined up with the map so diagonals are slightly off.
