Spanner, previously known as SOTI, joined the Sonic scene around June 2007. He was the organiser of the Sonic the Hedgehog Hacking Contest from 2010 to 2023.
Here on Sonic Retro, he contributes to various discussions, publicises the Hacking Contest, and for a while, edited the wiki. From uploading stuff to making templates to doing minor edits, Spanner made over 2,000 edits to the wiki (and didn't even get a t-shirt for doing so!), although he's barely created pages of his own. Spanner looked at edits made and how they can be improved or fixed, before anyone else did anything. Even the smallest things would be quickly done.
