PACHUKA

PACHUKA (also known as Reala) was the webmaster of the Sonic CulT from 1998 to 2004. He succeeded in gathering a lot of Sonic information in one single place. During some time he became a temporary game tester for Sega, where he was able to test Sonic Mega Collection, Sega Smash Pack, and other games. He also conducted at least one interview with ex-Sonic game programmers. When he left the Sonic Community in 2004, he sold the sonic-cult.org domain name to Sazpaimon, formerly known as Sonic Hackr 2000, though he regained control of the site in late fall 2004. Control of the site again reverted to Sazpaimon when PACHUKA was arrested and jailed, and could no longer maintain it.

Criminal Charges

• On December 22, 2004, PACHUKA was arrested on sexual battery charges for grabbing a 15-year-old friend's breast due to testimony by his friend's friend. He had not been formally arraigned at this time. PACHUKA was arrested and held at the local Sheriff's department. He had a prior conviction for unlawful intercourse with a minor.

• PACHUKA is moved to the San Mateo County Correctional Facility on 15 January 2005, and formally arraigned, with the official charge being sexual battery.

At the initial court hearing, he plead not guilty, and bail was set at $400,000. The next court hearing was at 2:00 PM on February 23, 2005. This hearing resulted in at least one indictment, and was sentenced to three years in California State prison, Which he served 19 months of. PACHUKA served time in both the famous San Quentin Prison in Marin, California, as well as Avenal State Prison in southern California.
